Zoom F8n

This is not the newest model in Zoom's eight-track recorder line, but it is still good and serves us well.

We use this recorder in many situations and along with all the well known advantages it serves us best with this feature:

When you connect a Zoom F8n and a Zoom F8n Pro via timecode (SMPTE) and the Zoom F8n is the master (sending out the timecode to the Zoom F8n Pro) which is connected via the BNC connectors on the back, then you can start the recording of both recorders IN SYNC by just pushing the record button on the Zoom F8n. 
This comes in handy, when you want to record more than 8 tracks in sync.
