From time to time, we scour the internet for new ambisonic microphone systems/arrays.
We came across an Express Paper for the Audio Engineering Society at the 154th Convention in Espoo, Helsinki, Finland, from May 13–15, 2023. (Link to the article in the AES library.)
This system captures ambience and soundscapes differently, but the room impression (as far as one can tell via headphones and binaural) is great, and the localization is quite precise.
