Know your knowledge
You know this for sure: you read something somewhere, but a week later, you're no longer 100% sure about the details.
There is so much to know and even more to discover about ambisonics and related topics.
When we first entered the amazing world of ambisonics, we were so fascinated that we didn't take notes. This was a major mistake.
We stopped learning and discovering new things. We started writing down the things we already knew.
But how? How can you expand your knowledge, make connections to related topics, and remain flexible?
That's when we learned about the "Zettelkasten" principle.
We won't explain it in detail here, as there are plenty of tutorials out there. Just ask Google.
This method of keeping your knowledge accessible is not new. It was invented in the early 19th century. However, it is still an effective way to organize your knowledge.
Today, we don't use paper cards anymore; we use software. If you're interested, there's plenty of "Zettelkasten" software available as a cloud service. This allows you to access it anytime, anywhere. If you like.
The great thing about this is that you can expand on any topic at any time to your desired level of detail. You can connect topics at any time, and you can quickly and easily create articles from them.
To be frank, we use our "Zettelkasten" to share all the details we've discovered with you.
